HELLO!

I'm Sophie. I'm a wife, mother and baking lover!

It is a love that has been passed down from generation to generation, from my nan Sadie, a prize winning baker, to my mum Judy, gingerbread guru, and then, to me!

Among some of my favourite childhood memories are spending time in the kitchen with my nan and my mum. They are the inspiration behind a lot of the recipes I bake and create.

I've loved baking since a very young age, I find it to be a great comfort, stress relief and joy. For a long time I've been the designated cake and cookie baker in my family, making everything from cakes, stacked number/letter cakes, cupcakes and cake pops, to cookies and cookie cakes. Personally, I have a massive soft spot for classic and old school biscuits and slices, thanks Sade.
